Year 8 APC Activities and Semester 1 Awards Celebration

Year 8 students enjoyed an exciting week of APC activities during Week 6, participating in a range of competitions including basketball, soccer, and an art challenge. The activities provided students with a fantastic opportunity to showcase their skills, teamwork, creativity, and school spirit.

It was wonderful to see the talent and friendly competitive nature of our students on display. The basketball and soccer shootout competitions were played with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship, while the art competition highlighted the impressive creativity within our Year 8 cohort. Students produced some outstanding artwork, demonstrating both imagination and artistic skill.

During our APC Assembly in Week 8, we proudly celebrated student achievement by recognising our Semester 1 Bronze Award recipients. We also extend a special congratulations to Noah Altin, Lily-Rose Bartlett and Giac Schirripa on achieving their Silver Awards. These awards recognise students who consistently demonstrate dedication to their learning, positive behaviour, and a strong contribution to the school community.

Congratulations to all students who participated in the APC activities and to those who received Bronze and Silver Awards. I am proud of the way Year 8 students continue to embrace opportunities, support one another, and contribute positively to our school community.
