PRINCIPAL UPDATE 

Letters were sent out last Friday to welcome our 2027 Preps and their families to Chilwell.  We look forward to welcoming them later next term.  I can not believe we are already planning for their commencement in 2027.

Congratulations to all students who competed in the District Athletics last week.  We had a large number of students in attendance and very proud of their efforts representing Chilwell.  It is however with excitement that we have 20 students going through to the Division event to be held on 1st September. Information pertaining to this will be sent in the coming days.

Concert voice recording is taking place tomorrow and we thank all students and in particular Annie, for efforts pertaining to this.  It is a massive undertaking, and we are getting vey excited about the up-and-coming concert.

We are welcoming new Educational Support Staff members to the Chilwell community.  Lisa Davis commences with us on 20th August and will work in Prep A.  In addition to this we welcome Archie, Xavier and Molly as casual Educational Support Staff members who will be undertaking work over the coming two terms.

Father’s/Special Person's Day Breakfast  - Friday 4th September (organised by  Friends of Chilwell)

School Concert – Wednesday 16th September, 7pm, Geelong Arena

Footy Colours and Toastie Truck – Friday 18th September (2:30pm finish)
