Boys Netball

On Tuesday 21st July, our Grade 5 boys proudly represented Swan Hill North Primary School at the Boys' Netball Tournament. Despite the cold and foggy conditions, the team maintained a positive attitude and gave their all throughout the day.

Facing much taller opposition, the boys worked hard in every game. While the results didn't fall our way on the scoreboard, they represented our school with outstanding sportsmanship, teamwork and determination.

Congratulations to all the boys on their fantastic effort and for being such wonderful ambassadors for our school.

Be Well Be Fit

On Monday 27th July, we were fortunate to welcome Hockeyroos player Sophie Taylor to our school. Sophie spoke with our Grade 3–6 students about her journey in the world of hockey, sharing both her achievements and the challenges she has overcome along the way.

Her inspiring presentation reminded students that success doesn't come without setbacks, and that resilience, hard work and persistence are key to achieving your goals. Sophie encouraged our students to embrace challenges, believe in themselves and never give up on their dreams.

We thank Sophie for taking the time to visit our school and for leaving such a positive and lasting impression on our students.
