Ms Brea Terris

Dear Families,
It is hard to believe that we are already halfway through the term next week.
The weeks are certainly flying by, and there have been so many positive things happening across our school.
Our temporary school office remains located in the BER building while we await the completion of our new facilities.
We are excited to be getting closer to the handover of our new classroom building near the oval, which is expected in the coming weeks. It will be wonderful to see students and staff enjoying these new learning spaces as another exciting milestone in our school's redevelopment.
100 Days of School
Congratulations to our Prep/Foundation students on celebrating their 100 Days of School last week!
It has been wonderful to watch the incredible growth they have made over the past 100 days, not only in their learning, but also in their confidence, friendships and independence.
We are so proud of everything they have achieved and look forward to seeing them continue to thrive throughout the rest of the year.
Curriculum Day
Please note our next Curriculum Day will be on 24th August. There will be no students onsite this day. Staff will be involved in professional learning.
2027 Enrolments
Enrolments for 2027 are now due!
We have been delighted with the strong interest in Swan Hill North Primary School, with many families already enrolling for 2027. This is a very positive reflection of our wonderful school community and the learning opportunities we provide for our students.
If you know of any families who are considering enrolling their child at Swan Hill North Primary School, please encourage them to contact the school office to arrange a tour. We would love the opportunity to show them around and share everything our school has to offer.
Parent Opinion Survey
From 17th August the Parent Opinion Survey will be sent to families.
This survey provides an important opportunity for parents and carers to share their experiences and perspectives about our school.
We encourage all families to take the time to complete the survey, as your feedback provides valuable insights that help inform our future priorities and school improvement planning.
Keep an eye out over the coming weeks, as we'll be sharing more information about the survey.
School Uniform
A friendly reminder that all students are expected to wear the full school uniform each day. This includes wearing black shorts, pants, skirts or skorts as part of our uniform. Blue bottoms are not part of the approved school uniform.
We appreciate your support in ensuring students come to school in the correct uniform each day.
School jumpers and jackets are available, and if your family requires assistance with purchasing uniform items, please don't hesitate to contact the office. We are always happy to work with families to ensure every student has access to the correct uniform.
Duty of Care
Families are reminded that teachers are on duty before school from 8.30am-8.50am and after school from 3.20pm until 3.30pm. Children should not be unattended in the school grounds before or after these times. Thank you for your support and co-operation with this.
Have a lovely weekend.
Kind Regards
Brea
