Principal's Report

Dear families,  

HOLY ROSARY ATHLETICS

Last Friday, we had a wonderful day at the athletics track for our annual Holy Rosary Athletics day. It was a really positive day, and I would love to particularly point out how encouraging all the students were of each other - even when they were competing against one another. I was stationed on the high jump for the day and must admit that there were several times throughout the day whereby I was 'on the edge of my seat' as the competition heated up. A huge thank you to Troy for leading the day and all of the families who visited, cheered on and respected our spaces during the day by remaining behind the fence. Thank you all. 

REGIONAL SOCCER

Next Tuesday, we have our senior girls soccer team travelling to Swan Hill for the Regional Soccer, having progressed through the last round. We put our support behind Hamish and the team for the day and look forward to hearing how you all go! Good Luck!!! 

WHOLE SCHOOL MASS

This morning, our whole school attended Mass for the Assumption of Mary. Fr Boniface led a beautiful service, and the students represented the school wonderfully. I especially loved some of the student responses to Father about how we can be good Catholics; Be nice to others, don't sin, love & respect Jesus and Mary, treat others how you want to be treated, and don't rob people. Thanks to Miss Doyle for coordinating our Mass. 

FOUNDATION INTERVIEWS

Over the past couple of weeks, Shelley, Mandy and I have been conducting our 2027 Foundation welcome interviews. It has been a great privilege to meet the next crop of Foundation students and their families.
