Teeth On Wheels

We’re excited to announce that Teeth On Wheels will be returning to OLA on October 12th 2026.

Teeth On Wheels makes dental care easy, fun and completely stress-free for children—right here at school. No time off work, no after-school appointments, just quality care in a familiar environment.

They specialise in working with children and offer services including check-ups, cleans and more. Their team is also specially trained to support neurodiverse patients, ensuring every child feels comfortable, safe and cared for.

If your child has already participated this year, there’s no need to complete the form again unless your contact details or your child’s medical history has changed.

If eligible under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), your child may receive FREE dental care, making this a valuable and accessible service for families.

To secure your child’s place, simply complete the E-form by the cut-off date October 5th 2026.

Administering Medication At School

For medication to be administered at school, a Medical Authority Form must be completed. This form includes your child’s doctor’s details and signature. If parents do not have the Medical Authority Form available, a signed letter/email from the doctor stating the name of the medication and the prescribed dosage must be provided. All medication must come in the original packaging including the pharmacist’s label. Please note that staff cannot legally dispense any medication or herbal remedies without a completed and signed Medical Authority Form.

The Medical Authority Form is available from the school office or click this link. The form gives the school permission to administer medication as prescribed by your child’s doctor or pharmacist.

Please organise a meeting with the Deputy Principal, or Wellbeing Leader before any medication can be administered to discuss and ensure all the information on the medical authority form is clear and accurate.

Please note that children are not permitted to carry or self-administer medication while at school.
