Fortnightly SWPBS Focus

This week we introduced our first SWPBS Fortnightly Focus to students during Monday’s morning session. Each fortnight we highlight one expected behaviour from our school matrix to help keep our values of Respect, Responsibility and Teamwork visible and alive.

Students have responded really positively to this new focus, and we’re already seeing some great improvements, including a noticeable reduction in rubbish around the yard. While there’s still room for further improvement, it’s been encouraging to see students taking greater ownership of our shared spaces and supporting each other to do the right thing.
