Whats been happening around the school..

Upper Sport Update
Each Friday, our upper unit students take part in sport sessions with the secondary college. These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for students to develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while engaging in a variety of activities alongside older students. It’s been wonderful to see their enthusiasm, effort, and willingness to try new challenges. Not only do these sessions help build confidence and fitness, but they also strengthen connections between our students and the secondary college community.
Next Friday, students will be participating in their sports activities. Please remember to check Sentral for permission forms and ensure they are completed before the day. We appreciate your support in helping everything run smoothly!
Harmony Day
On Friday the 21st of March, we celebrated Harmony Day ay SHNPS. This is an occasion that focuses on promoting inclusiveness, respect and belonging within our school community.
Staff and students gathered in their Tribal house groups to participate in activities designed to foster a sense of unity. These activities emphasized teamwork, respect for diversity, and the value of supporting one another. During this time, students also had the opportunity to eat lunch with students from other classrooms.
Harmony Day was a wonderful reminder of the strength that comes from inclusivity, and it reinforced the school's commitment to creating an environment where every student feels welcome and valued.
