Out of School Hours Care

After Care Hours of Operation

Please be aware that our hours of operation are strictly 6:50-8:50am for before school care and 3:30-6:30pm for after school care. Due to issues pertaining to insurance and the government regulation, these hours must be strictly adhered to.

New Bookings

New children using the program will need to have completed an enrolment form and submit a copy of their immunisation record. We cannot legally accept children who have not been correctly enrolled.

Existing Permanent Bookings/Occasional Care

All:  If your child/children will be absent, parents should inform the aftercare staff or alternatively leave a SMS message on 0417 247 295.

Permanent Bookings:  If you wish your child/children to have a permanent place in the program, or you wish to vary the days of attendance, please ask after care staff to provide you a booking form. Staff will fax these to YLV when completed.

Occasional Care:  In order to ensure correct staff ratios are in place, please book your children in—either by SMS to the aforementioned number, or advising the school office.

Anaphylaxis/Allergies/Asthma/Other medical conditions

Parents of children with Anaphylaxis/Allergies/Asthma/Other medical conditions are required to give appropriate medications to us, together with an up to date action plan completed by a General Practitioner.  Aftercare medications are stored in a separate area to that of the school.  For the safety of those with allergies, please ensure that your children refrain from bringing onto the premises nuts or any product made of nuts.

Before/After Care Safety

To ensure the safety of children attending our program no child is to be dropped off or walked through the multipurpose room, unless they are enrolled in the Out of School Hours Care Program.
