Year 10 Reflection Day
Mount Alvernia College
Growing as Leaders
Our Year 10 students recently came together for their Leadership as Service Reflection Day, facilitated by Mr Michael Fitzpatrick at Kedron-Wavell Services Club. The day provided an important opportunity for students to reflect on what it means to step into their future roles as Senior students and leaders within the Mount Alvernia College community.
Through exploring the concept of servant leadership, students considered the strengths of their cohort, the qualities they want to carry forward and the opportunities they have to grow together. They also took time to recognise and affirm the unique gifts each person brings, reinforcing that leadership is not simply about holding a title, but about using our strengths in service of others.
