P&C News
Our next meeting will be held on Monday 4th May at 5pm. This will be our AGM followed by a general meeting - all welcome.
- Elyse Swilks will travel to Sydney to represent the North West region at NSW PSSA Swimming Championships on Tuesday 28th April in two events - Junior Girls Multi-Class 50m Freestyle and Junior Girls Multi-Class 50m Backstroke. This will be held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre and will be live streamed for anyone who would like to cheer her on. The P&C support Rocky River students representing the school at state level with $200 towards their travel costs. All the best Elyse!

- A huge thank you to outgoing executive members, former President Erica Peterson and former Vice President Casey Swilks, for all their contributions and support in 2025.
- Our previous P&C AGM timing has meant that parents on the executive committee whose children had moved on to high school had to stay involved with the P&C until March/April of the following year. We have voted on trialling a new AGM cycle, making the AGM the last meeting of the year. The next P&C AGM will be Monday 23/11/26.
- We have also voted on the P&C General Meeting pattern. Instead of being the first Monday of the month, meetings will now be 5pm Monday of Week 3 & Week 7 of each term. This way we can have a consistent two meetings per term (with occasional adjustments for public holidays) and won’t be impacted by school holidays.

- Canteen Payments - Please note that we prefer cash payment for lunch orders rather than bank transfers as this is much easier for our volunteers to manage. Thank you
