Hot Cross Bun Orders & Easter Raffle
The Parents' Club is holding a Hot Cross Bun Day on Tuesday 26th March. If you missed the order form, please download a copy below.
Orders for Hot Cross Buns are due by tomorrow (Wednesday 20th March). Late orders will not be accepted. If you'd like to purchase raffle tickets after Wednesday, please visit the office. Tickets will be available until Tuesday 26th March. The winner will be drawn on Thursday 28th March at Don Wallace Reserve following athletics.
In conjunction with the Hot Cross Bun Day, we are running an Easter Raffle. Catherine King, Federal Member for Ballarat has kindly donated a Chocolate Easter Hamper. Tickets are $1 each and can be purchased via the Hot Cross Bun order form.
Volunteers For Hot Cross Bun Day
Thank you to parents who have offered to help with buttering and packing Hot Cross Buns on Tuesday 26th March. Please sign in at the office and present your Working With Children Card if you haven't already done so. We greatly appreciate your help getting the orders ready to distribute to classes by 11.25pm.
Parents' Club AGM - Take 2!
The Parents' Club AGM was held on the 7th of March and we're pleased to welcome new members. However, to officially run a Parents' Club we need to fulfill the positions of President, Secretary and Treasurer. Therefore, a second AGM will be held on Thursday 18th April to hopefully elect our 2024 team. Please consider taking on a position and bring a friend or two along to help!
The Parents’ Club plays an important role in providing feedback to the School Council.

Working with Children Check (WWCC)
All volunteers are required by law to have this certification before being able to work with children. Simply click here to apply. There is no cost to obtain a volunteer WWCC and the card is valid for 5 years. Apply online, provide a passport photograph and provide proof of identify. Once you receive your card, please present to the school office so we can take a copy to retain on file.
