Chess Club!

In Term 2, Chess Club will be running on a Tuesday afternoon from 3.25-4.30. 

It began on Tuesday the 29th April.

Italian Day!

                         Italian day is coming up in week 10, on Wednesday, 25th June, 2025 themed 'Ciao Italia’

The Italian Day Incursion this year is about immigration. A fun, educational, and entertaining portrayal of a true story of an Italian man’s journey to Australia from his home, Italy. An interactive presentation with his suitcase as he shares his story.

There will be 2 shows, one for Prep - 2 and the other for Years 3 - 6. The shows are modified to suit the year levels.

The day will be filled with everything we love that is Italian, ending with an Italian parade at 2.30pm! Parents are welcome to be here for the parade.

Children will be able to dress up in the Italian colours (green, white and red) or anything relevant to Italy.

Pizza and gelato are also available to purchase for the day at reduced cost to families, with a gelato van visiting the school!

If you would like your child/ren to have pizza and gelato on the day, please visit the Schools24 app, head to the events section, and make your selections! If you have not signed up for the Schools24 app, you can download it from Google or Apple app stores, and use the school code: 25475963 when you sign up.

The options for pizza will be 2 slices of either margarita, Hawaiian or capriccioso, with gluten free as an option. For Gelato and ice-cream, there is lemon sorbet (GF, NF, DF & Vegan), strawberry (GF, NF, DF & Vegan), chocolate or soft scoop ice-cream from the ice-cream truck. 

The closing date for the Italian Day food ordering is Friday 13th June.
