It has been wonderful to enjoy some sunshine this week! Our Year 4 students have been busy preparing to receive their First Holy Communion tomorrow. This is a truly significant milestone for the children, their families, and our wider school and parish community. We wish all of our communicants a beautiful day of celebration with their loved ones.
Student Achievements
Cross Country Success: Huge congratulations to all the students who represented our school at the district cross-country yesterday. Everyone gave it their absolute best, and we are thrilled to share that many of our runners have qualified for the Regionals! We wish them the very best of luck in the next round.
Important Reminders
- Year 4 First Eucharist: Please keep our Year 4 students in your prayers as they take this important step. We would also like to extend a huge thank you to Mr Watling, Mrs Nicholson, Mr Ellul, and Mrs Douglas for their incredible hard work and dedication in preparing the students.
- Year 5 Camp: This coming week, our Year 5 students are heading off to Sovereign Hill! We wish them an amazing time packed with fun, hands-on learning, and great memories with their peers.
- P&F Bogun Trivia Night (Saturday, 23 May): Get ready for a fun night out! The Parents and Friends Association is hosting a Trivia Night in the school hall. For full details and ticketing, please check the dedicated P&F page in this newsletter. All funds raised will go toward restoring the garden pond so we can welcome tadpoles and frogs back to our school grounds. Your support is greatly appreciated!
- MACSEYE Winter Holiday Program: Looking for school holiday care? MACSEYE will be running a "Winter Wonderland" holiday program at St Louis from 29 June to 10 July. It promises to be an action-packed fortnight featuring arts and crafts, science experiments, cooking, sports, music, and imaginative play.
