These prices reflect the fee before any CCS rebate is applied.
OSHC bookings
To enrol your child into OSHC, please complete the enrolment forms at http://clovellyoshc.fullybookedccms.com.au/family
Please call 0418 585 142 with any questions or if you need assistance.
Once your enrolment form has been received, you are required to make an appointment to meet with the OSHC Director to ensure all information has been supplied, and to complete the enrolment process. Once your enrolment has been confirmed, you will be notified that you are able to book your child into the service.
Please note: all medical plans and documentation are required prior to an enrolment being approved.
All documents and medications must be 'in date' for children to continue to access the service.
Please note that the regulations require that all children are signed in and out of the service by a parent or guardian.
A reminder that the service closes at 6pm and all children must be collected and 'signed out' by a parent, before this time. A fee is charged for children who remain in the service after 6pm. Please refer to the 'late fees' outlined above.
