P&F – Community Acknowledgements

Lindfield Art Show & Fair (LASF) Committee – Our Sincere Thanks

The P&F extends its sincere appreciation to the LASF Committee members: Angela Buchanan, Drew Buchanan, Bridgid Faure, Kristina Kalnins, Anna Roberts, Shahin Soroushian, Esther Touma, Kate Wheeler and Stephen Xu, for their dedication in bringing together the 50th Anniversary Lindfield Art Show & Fair. 

These milestone events involved months of planning, extensive coordination and countless hours of voluntary work, involving:

• Liaising with artists, communicating event details, and coordinating the delivery, display and sale of artworks; 
• Keeping the P&F informed throughout the planning process and providing regular updates on the progress and requirements of the events;
• Managing communications, signage, banners, ticketing and promotional materials;
• Planning and hosting the Opening Night celebration, including packaging raffle prizes, providing canapés and coordinating bar staff and drink sales;
• Securing suppliers, delivering equipment, and arranging games, inflatables and prizes;
• Coordinating stallholders, entertainment, logistics and volunteer rosters for the Fair, as well as generously giving their time to provide face painting throughout the day; and
• Organising setup and pack‑down to ensuring smooth operations across both events.

The P&F recognises that events of this scale rely on the generosity of volunteers who give freely of their time, energy and talents. And we are so grateful to the LASF committee for their enthusiasm, teamwork and commitment that ensured both events were a wonderful success and a fitting celebration of our school community and its 50-year LASF history.

School Leadership & Staff – Our Deep Appreciation

The P&F extends its heartfelt thanks to Mrs Dinale and Mrs Edwards for their ongoing support of the LASF Committee. We are immensely grateful for their time attending numerous meetings outside school hours, managing approvals, logistics, risk planning, and supporting operations on the day. Their hands‑on involvement and willingness to step in wherever needed are a wonderful reflection of their commitment to our school community.

We are also sincerely grateful to all staff who attended and supported these events. Their willingness to give their time so generously over the weekend is greatly appreciated.

Holy Family Parents – Thank You for Your Support

The P&F warmly thanks all Holy Family parents who contributed to the success of the Lindfield Art Show and Fair through their time, generosity, and enthusiasm. We are grateful to everyone who attended these events, provided home-baked goods, helped with set-up and pack-down, and volunteered at the Fair selling food and drinks and supervising games, inflatables and craft activities. 

These events rely on the generosity and spirit of our parent volunteers, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who gave their time to help make the celebrations such a success.

We would also like to extend a special thanks to:

Mike Horan – for sourcing all of the voucher prizes for the raffle.

Elsie Pirani – for designing the marketing campaign for the LASF and most generously supplying all the printed flyers and posters and additionally funding the wonderful quartet who performed at the Opening Night.

Chai Rittirong, Pakamon Muennoi, Wimonrat Oliphant and Ann Chau – for generously giving their time to prepare and cook the delicious fresh Thai fish cakes for the Fair, with special thanks to Chai for generously covering the cost of all the ingredients, with all proceeds donated to the school.

Damien Ryan – for being a wonderful MC and a highly persuasive raffle ticket seller at the Opening Night and for all the time and effort put in behind the scenes.

Di Sun and Becky Chen– for generously giving their time to prepare and cook the tasty spring rolls for the Fair.

Tim Walter – for generously giving his time to prepare and cook the popular pizzas for the Fair.
