Joiner artworks inspired by David Hockney
For our final CAT in Digital Photography, we have focused on the work of David Hockney. Hockney was a key artist during the pop art movement in the 1960s. Our CAT was based around his photographic joiner works. A joiner is where you take photos from different perspectives and angles, collaging them together to make one unanimous photo. These photos then flow together and are made to feel like one cohesive, immersive experience. We spent a long time analyzing his photographs, trailing different techniques to create our pieces. Mainly focusing on collaging and editing a large variety of photography themes. Please enjoy our final joiner artworks!
