Finance 2023

All families should have received their 2023 Materials & Services Charges information pack by mail. School fees are set at $630 for 2023, however there is a Government rebate of $100 that will offset the cost of the fees and reduce the amount owing to $530. Please check your statement that was included in your pack as there may also be prior year credits to take into account to ensure you are not overpaying. Materials and Services Charges are due by the end of Term 1 (14 April 2023).

We encourage you to use the Qkr! application for payment of school expenses. Please note that canteen orders can now be made using Qkr! as well (click here to access Qkr! instructions). Alternatively, payment plans are available to spread the repayments over an agreed period of time (click here to access the APHS Instalment Application). 

Low-income families who attend government school can get financial help through the School Card scheme. To check eligibility and apply click on the link sa.gov.au/education/schoolcard.

Please note School Card applications and Payment Plans need to be renewed each year.
