Enrolling Now for Kinder 2027
Our enrolment period for Kindergarten 2027 is now open! Please visit https://stjosephstamworth.catholic.edu.au/enrolment/ for enrolment details or contact the office on 6765 4079 for further information. Enrolment applications must be accompanied by the relevant supporting documents as listed on the cover page of the application form. Applications close on 31st April 2026. If you know anyone who has a child wishing to start Kindergarten at St Joseph's next year, please share this information with them.
Open Day
We are holding an Open Day on Saturday 14th March between 9am and 12pm. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to gain a better understanding of what St Joseph's has to offer and how we support the education of the children in our care.
P&F Meeting
The P&F plays an important role in building community by organising social events and supporting the school through fundraising activities. We encourage everyone to become involved in the P&F Association. We have a wonderful committee so we encourage our parent body to come along and support our marvellous P&F this year.
Our next P&F meeting is on Tuesday 5th May at 5:30pm in the Staffroom (Week 3 Term 2).
Anaphylaxis and Food Allergies
St Joseph’s is an allergy aware school. We have several children in our school who are severely allergic to various varieties of nuts, eggs and kiwi fruit. Their allergies are life threatening, so we ask all parents to refrain from sending the following foods to school: nuts, peanut butter/nutella sandwiches, muesli bars with nuts, chocolate coated nuts, satay flavoured noodles, kiwi fruit, eggs etc. Please remind your child to not swap or trade their food with others.
Esteem Kids
If you require the services of after school care please contact William Wong directly at info@esteemkidsgroup.com.au or 0410 841 628. If your child has a change of plans and will not be attending after school on a particular day please let William know.
Application for Extended Leave
Family holidays and travel are no longer considered under the Exemption from School Procedures. Travel outside of vacation periods is now counted as an absence for statistical purposes. Please see the office if your child will be away from school for 10 days or more as an application form will need to be completed and approved at the discretion of the Principals or delegate.
Change in Routine
Can you please advise the school office before 2:30pm if there is any change in your child's afternoon routine so we have time to let them know.
Art Show
We are absolutely thrilled to announce our St Joseph’s Student Art Show! We ask our budding artists to work on this at home if they wish, experiment with everything from vibrant watercolours to intricate clay sculptures, all inspired by their interpretation of our 2026 theme: Hope.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together, celebrate the diverse talents of our students, and witness the "creative spark" that makes our school so special.
