Senior School Report

We were very privileged to have had our school captains and members of the College band participate in the ANZAC day ceremonies at Noble Park RSL and Springvale RSL. Students laid a wreath in memory of the people who have lost their lives protecting the freedoms of others and read Flanders Field. The captains should be commended on the way they presented them selves in the local community.

The Senior School has been a busy place this term with all students preparing for assessments and upcoming exams. The exam period for year 10 and 11 will be from Wednesday 5th June until Thursday 13th June. Students will be able to see their exam timetable on compass in the coming weeks. We wish students all success in their academic endeavours. 

We would like to introduce some changes we have made to the running of the Senior School. Alison Parkes at Banksia and Angelina Wong at Acacia will now be looking after any student in year 11 and 12 who completes the VPC or VCE-VM certificate. Nicole Wilson at Acacia and Stephanie Govender at Banksia will now be in charge of any year 11 or 12 student who completes the VCE certificate. All students have been informed of this change earlier in the term and the team are settling into the new roles well.
