Principal's Report

A Huge Thank You to Our Volunteers

What a fantastic day we had at the Inglewood Alive Festival! A massive thank you to all the volunteers who made it such a memorable community event. A special shoutout to Suzi for her incredible organisation and to Scott, Valerie, Elissa, Linda, our school staff, the Inglewood Football Netball Club and anyone I may have inadvertently forgotten for their hard work and dedication. It’s this kind of teamwork that truly brings our community alive—thank you!

St Mary’s Feast Day Celebrations

Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 28th, as we come together to celebrate St Mary’s Feast Day. We will begin the day with a beautiful Mass in the morning, followed by an afternoon of exciting activities. Mr. O’Shannessy will share all the details with the students upon his return. We look forward to a joyful day of faith, fun, and community spirit!

Sacrament Celebration

We are incredibly proud of the students who are completing the next step in their sacramental journey, culminating in the celebration of their Sacraments this Sunday at 8am. This is a significant milestone in their faith, and we wish them all the best as they take part in this beautiful ceremony. May it be a day filled with blessings and joy for them and their families.

Welcome Back, Mr. O’Shannessy

We are thrilled to welcome back Mr. O’Shannessy to St Mary’s next week. We hope his leave was filled with precious moments spent with family and that he returns refreshed and ready for the remainder of the school year. The students and staff are excited to have him back to share in the upcoming events and celebrations.

A Heartfelt Thank You

As my time here comes to a close, I want to extend a sincere thank you to the entire St Mary’s community for your support and kindness over the past six weeks. It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of such a welcoming and positive environment. I wish everyone a fantastic end to the year and hope our paths cross again soon.

Warm regards,
