Book Week Activities

Book Week Parade

This year’s Book Week theme is “ADVENTURE”. We encourage everyone—including parents and grandparents—to join in the fun by dressing up in costumes that reflect the theme. However, any costume is absolutely welcome!

We look forward to celebrating a week full of stories and adventure with you all!

Grandparent Day

Following the parade, grandparents and special visitors are warmly invited to visit their child’s classroom to read a book or participate in an engaging activity together. This will conclude at 10:45 am, allowing students to enjoy their recess break.

Lamont Book Fair

Our book fair will be open to families from 3.45-4.45 from Monday Sept 1st to Friday September 5th ! 

Also, Please note that we will have a table featuring French books on Wednesday September 3rd!

Children Books Author meet and greet

Thursday September 4th, students at CJC will have the opportunity to meet Nicola Chait, author of children books.  They will be inspired about the power of writing and to acheive their dreams!
