What I have learned about First Eucharist is that it is one of the sacraments of initiation. The sacraments of initiation are Baptism, Confirmation & First Eucharist. My First Eucharist was incredible. It's taking the body of Jesus for the first time. I loved wearing the pretty dress. It was wonderful.

What I learned about the Eucharist is that the host is Jesus' body that he gave up for us. At the Last Supper Jesus broke the bread and shared it with his disciples. Fr Dispin shared the bread and blessed it just like Jesus did. He said ''This is my body that shall be given up for you''.
Audrey Kaminski
I have learned that you eat the body of Christ.
I have learned that the altar is a symbol of Eucharist.
I have learned that the Eucharist is the greatest sacrament of initiation!
Jack McMahon-Rodgers
I learned that Eucharist is about Jesus dying, and us eating his body. It was for us. We did it because it is a sacrament you do in Year 4. We received it because we want to be close to God. It was a fun moment for year 4 and I enjoyed it. We were practising how to receive the first Eucharist.
