Foodtech News

We've had a busy few weeks in the Food Tech room! We started the term by baking Anzac biscuits, which were enjoyed by all. Students took part in discussions about the historical significance of these biscuits and why they were made for the ANZACs. Next, we prepared minestrone soup, and we were proud of the students' curiosity in trying something new. They enjoyed their soup with a slice of bread.

In the coming weeks, we will be cooking a Weet-Bix slice, fried rice, and lemon and poppy seed muffins. It is great to see the students enjoying being in the kitchen and showing such enthusiasm. All recipes are available on the school website
