International Student Update

House Cross Country 

Last Tuesday the 28th of April, Mordialloc College successfully held the House Cross. It brought together both international and local students for a fun and enthusiastic day. It was wonderful to see all students participating in this annual event. With excellent weather and high energy throughout, the day was enjoyed by everyone and marked another memorable occasion in the school calendar.

A special visitor

Last Thursday, the College was delighted to welcome a special guest, Tony, a former international student who enrolled with us in 2019. His visit came as a pleasant surprise to both staff and students. Tony had to pause his studies during the COVID-19 pandemic and is now continuing his education at the University of Melbourne.

During his visit, Tony reunited with some of his former teachers and toured the College’s new facilities, including the ILC, LC  and Senior Centre. It was a meaningful and emotional experience for him, as he reflected on his time at the College. He even brought along his old school uniform and took photos with his teachers, sharing that the visit brought back many fond memories.
