Here is  recount from Fabien and Wolf about their time at Beachside Division Swimming this week!

Beachside Swimming

On Tuesday 24th March, you might have noticed that I, along with a few other seniors, were absent.

The reason for our absence was that we were at the Beachside Division Swimming Carnival in Carnegie. A group of senior students - including Spencer, Will, Harry W, Nicholas, and me (Fabien) - were representing our school at the competition.

We earned this incredible experience by placing in the top two teams, or individuals, at the Holt District Carnival, which qualified us for the first heat on Tuesday. It was amazing to see so many districts from across Southern Melbourne District; it made the event more stressful, but it didn't stop us from staying confident. We placed second in our heat for the 4x50 freestyle relay. Sadly, we didn't make the podium because the second heat was slightly faster, but we still had an amazing time!
