Year 9/10 Poverty & Power

The Poverty and Power specialism class enjoyed a day at HoMie, a Fitzroy-based streetwear label and social enterprise organisation. 100% of profits go towards achieving its mission: to support young people affected by homelessness or hardship. The class enjoyed hearing about all the different pathways that the organisation offered to marginalised young people, as well as making some purchases themselves. A most impactful day for all.
