Drysdale PS Potato Fair is Almost Here!

The countdown is on to one of the Bellarine's favourite community events, the Drysdale PS Potato Fair! Only 4 days to go until the Potato Fair!

Our school community is buzzing with excitement as we prepare for another fantastic day filled with fun, entertainment, delicious food, rides, market stalls, community spirit and, of course, a celebration of the rich farming history of Drysdale.

There will be something for everyone, including:

Carnival rides and family activities
Live entertainment
A huge variety of market stalls
Delicious food and refreshments
Opportunities to connect with our wonderful community

Even better, the weather forecast is looking very promising, with conditions shaping up nicely for a fantastic night outdoors. We encourage families to invite friends, neighbours and relatives to join in the festivities and help make this year's event our best yet.

The Potato Fair is not only a wonderful community celebration but also an important fundraiser for our school, with proceeds going towards our bike shed and school hall.

Mark the date in your calendar, spread the word, and join us for a fantastic day of family fun at the Drysdale PS Potato Fair.

We can't wait to see you there!

Drysdale Community Market

Yesterday we held the first Drysdale Community market for the 2026/27 season, and it was a roaring success! The weather was fantastic, we were fully booked with stallholders and the crowds were great.

A huge thank you to the team of volunteers who helped make the day a success and particular thanks to Gus Robb for all his work as market coordinator.

Junior Sleep Over

On Friday night the juniors held their annual stay late and Year 2 sleep over. Everybody had a great time, and it was great to see the students in a different type of school setting. Well done to the Grade 2s for their resilience, and awesome attitude sleeping over in the hall.
