LEGO CLUB & PEACEFUL KIDS
We are proud at St Mary’s to be able to offer Peaceful kids and Lego club as part of our wellbeing initiatives.
PEACEFUL KIDS
Peaceful kids is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based program to lessen anxiety
and stress and increase resilience in children. The program gives children the skills, practice and support to utilize coping strategies that lessen the symptoms of anxiety and stress and to build resilience.
It is conducted as an 8-week program for small groups of students. This year we are offering it to our Grade 3 students. We are fortunate to have a lovely, peaceful place for our sessions just off the library.
