School Sports - What's Happening

DIVISIONAL GIRLS FOOTBALL REPORT

On Tuesday, the 30th of July, Grade 5 and 6 girls participated in the girls footy carnival at Kennington Primary School. We played against Girton, Marist, Strathfieldsaye, St Francis, White Hills, and Eaglehawk North. We won three games, two we lost by less than a goal and the other fully lost. We are grateful to have some parents and grandparents visit us on the day and also thanks to Mr Coates and Miss Turk for coaching and helping out. It was a great day. The weather turned it on and we tried our hardest and had lots of fun!

DIVISIONAL BOYS FOOTBALL REPORT

On Wednesday it was the Grade 5/6 boys footy carnival. We were put in Div 1 with St Francis, St Theresa's, Eaglehawk North, Girton, Golden Square and Strathfieldsaye. We played 6 games in total, we won 3 and lost 3. We were very proud of how we played and showed great sportsmanship on the day. We also wanted to say thankyou to Mr Coates and our undefeated coach Mr Campbell. Thanks to parents who came along to support us.
