PLC 2 Fun!
PLC2 has jumped into the new year with big smiles and lots of energy! We’ve loved making new friends, welcoming new Belmore School students, and learning all about each other.
We’ve been busy getting active in PE - riding bikes, playing tennis, and making a big splash in the pool during swimming all while building our strength and confidence.
OT has been full of messy, hands-on fun! We’ve been working on our fine and gross motor skills by creating tasty picnic treats like fairy bread and mud pies. We've practised using different tools to chop, spread, stir and mix.
In Speech, we’ve been super communicators - sharing ideas, asking questions, writing picnic invitations, and heading off on fun scavenger hunts.
Here are some of PLC2 students highlights.
Noah said, "I liked making and eating fairy bread and I liked tennis, drama, swimming because they are fun".
Orlando said, "I liked ‘swimming’ because it’s ‘fun’. I like doing everything in the pool. I liked eating fairy bread."
Marcus said, "I like PE, bike riding, spelling and drawing."
Luci said, "I like playing tennis and cleaning the windows and the whiteboard".
