On Tuesday evening, Sacred Heart families were invited to participate in URSTRONG’s Language of Friendship Parent–Child Workshop. The session provided practical strategies and shared language to help children navigate friendships, manage conflict and build healthy, respectful relationships.
Thank you to the parents and children who joined us. By using the same friendship language at home and at school, we can work together as “Friendship Coaches” and reinforce the learning taking place through our Friendology curriculum.
Families who were unable to attend, or who would like to revisit the session, can access the Language of Friendship workshop recording here.
We also encourage all families to activate their free URSTRONG Family membership, which provides access to a wide range of helpful resources and practical strategies for supporting children’s friendships.
We are proud to continue placing relationships at the heart of wellbeing and learning at Sacred Heart.

Every year, thousands of schools across the world come together on the same day to take part in the World's Biggest Gratitude Lesson - a free, live global event celebrating gratitude, kindness, and connection.
This is the first year that Sacred Heart will be participating in the lesson!
On Thursday 10th September at 2pm, our students will come together to participate in the online lesson with thousands of children across the world!
We look forward to sharing more with you following the lesson.

Warm regards,
Erin
