St Peter's First Nations Program

This week the Foundation to Grade 6 First Nations students worked with Madi and Mrs Whiteacre in telling stories using symbols. Students drafted their family story, with the intention of painting on a canvas for a gallery later in the year. 

St Peter’s is celebrating Indigenous Literacy Day with the Indigenous Literacy Foundation on Wednesday 2 September! It’s a national celebration of First Nations peoples’ stories, cultures and languages. This year’s theme is Country Is Our Teacher.
