Oscar and Jennifer
Why do you like coming to Albanvale Primary School?
Oscar: Because all my friends are here and because I can play soccer.
Jennifer: Because I just like learning and it's fun.
What's your favourite subject at Albanvale and why?
Oscar: Italian because my background is Italian, and I like to speak Italian.
Jennifer: My favourite subject is probably numeracy because I just like answering math questions and learning about fractions.
What do you like to do at recess and lunch?
Oscar: Play soccer with my friends - I play with Dylan, Dimitri, Minh and Bilal.
Jennifer: I like to play with my friends, like playing games or just walking around.
What are some things you are learning about in your class at the moment?
Oscar: In Reading we are learning how to summarise a text.
Jennifer: In Numeracy we are learning about fractions.
What are your hobbies outside of school?
Oscar: I like to play soccer, playing FIFA and Arsenal on my devices.
Jennifer: I sleep outside of school, and I also play badminton.
What books do you like to read and why?
Oscar: Wings of Fire, book four because I like fiction books and also I like dragons and I like the character, Clay.
Jennifer: Ella and Olivia because it's interesting and kind of entertaining to read.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Oscar: A vet, because I want to save peoples animals and want to keep them alive.
Jennifer: Gardening because I like taking care of plants.
What is your favourite food to eat and why?
Oscar: Rice paper rolls because I get to spend time with my grandpa when he cooks it.
Jennifer: I like ramen and sushi because the sushi is good and sometimes the insides are good.
If you could have any pet, what would it be and why?
Oscar: A dog because I can play with it, and I miss my old dog.
Jennifer: Probably a dog because it can be trained, and I can play with it.
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Oscar: Japan because I'm interested in the food and I want to go to the arcades.
Jennifer: I would probably say Paris because I want to see the Eiffel Tower and eat a croissant.
