COMMUNITY CONNECTION
We have some exciting events this Term. We sent out our community calendar at the end of last term. Please see the image and link below.
As part of their learning about homelessness and supporting others in our community, our Grade 3 and 4 students have chosen to support the Lighthouse Foundation through an upcoming Pyjama Day fundraiser. Lighthouse Foundation provides safe homes, caring adults and essential support for young people in need across Victoria.
On Friday June 19th students are invited to wear their pyjamas to school and bring a gold coin donation to help raise funds for this important cause. We are proud of our students for their compassion and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

As we head towards the end of Term 2, we are excited to announce a whole-school Dojo Challenge!
Students can earn Dojo points by demonstrating our school values of Be Kind, Be Brilliant, Be Curious, and Bring Joy while playing and interacting in the school yard. Our goal is to reach 200 Dojo points as a school by the end of Week 9.
If we achieve our goal, we will celebrate on Friday 26th June (the last day of school) with a special Movie and Favourite Character Dress-Up Day! Students are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite book, movie, television or game character and enjoy a movie with their class. To make the day even more special, every student will receive popcorn to enjoy during the movie.
We encourage all students to continue showing our school values every day. We can't wait to see how many Dojo points we can earn together!

There’s still time to join Wollert Community Auskick & Superkick!
The program kicked off last week at Edgars Creek Secondary College Oval, but families can still register and join in the fun. Open to children aged 4–12, the sessions focus on building football skills, confidence, teamwork and having fun in a welcoming community environment.
Sessions run every Thursday from 5:00pm–6:00pm as part of the 5-week program, with registrations only $35 per child when using the discount codes provided on the poster. Participants also receive their own NAB AFL Auskick or Superkick football and footy cards as part of the program.
Whether your child is brand new to footy or already loves the game, this is a fantastic opportunity to stay active, make friends and be part of the local football community. Girls and boys of all skill levels are welcome!
Please see the poster below for registration details and discount codes.

Whether you’re a beginner or have danced before, we welcome everyone - boys and girls, kids to adults, all abilities and all ages!
