Our school has been selected as a PBL Demonstration School this year and as a part of this recognition, Miss Hilderbrand, Miss Sugden and I will be attending and presenting at the State PBL Conference in Brisbane next week.  Our presentation will focus on the Tier 1 practices we use daily at our school, some of which include walking in safety lines, structured routines, wearing of our uniform daily, the use of engagement norms in our classrooms and wearing lanyards when out of class during teaching time.  These school wide systems are designed to establish a positive culture across the school.

Our students are finalising assessment tasks this week and our teachers are preparing the Semester 1 report cards, it is important children are in attendance daily so that an accurate report can be presented.  Report cards will be emailed home next week.  

Congratulations to all students that participated in the Senior Athletics carnival and Under 8's morning on Friday, it was a GREAT day for all involved.  Also, congratulations to our students that have been representing our school across the region this term, our Readers Cup Challenge students did us proud last week and our sporting achievements have been of a high standard this semester.  Well done to all involved.

Prep 2027 enrolments are now open.  Enrolment packs can be collected from the front office as well as booking your child's Principals Chat.  The Principal Chat is an important part of your child's transition to school process as it gives myself and your child a chance to meet and 'connect' with each other prior to school commencing.
