Term 3 Event

Congratulations! - WOOHOO!! 🎉

Every sub-school has now completed Phase 1 of our 2026 School Performance planning.

Each classroom has selected a character, named their land, and chosen a song.

Well done to everyone for your creativity and collaboration!!!!!!!

We are now moving into Phase 2 – Costumes and Props.

To assist with rising costs, the allocation for each class has been increased to $75. Please ensure your total expenditure remains within this budget allocation.

Important: Please do not purchase items using personal funds and request reimbursement. All items must be purchased through the school's approved purchasing processes. This includes purchases from op shops, discount stores, and other retailers.

If you require items from another supplier, please let us know. We can discuss with KK whether the supplier can be added to our eSchools purchasing system.

Ordering Process

Step 1 – Plan Your Costumes and PropsWork with your students to decide what costumes, accessories, and props best represent your class character and theme. Consider both purchased and handmade items. For example, a dragon-themed class may choose items such as horns, wings, tails, or scales.

Step 2 – Research and CostSearch for the items you require and calculate the total cost to ensure it remains within your class allocation.

Step 3 – Submit Your OrderClick on the ordering link and enter your request into the Google Drive spreadsheet.

If you are unsure how to complete this process, please seek support or refer to Room 1's example within the Kmart spreadsheet.
