PSG Meetings – Bookings Now Open
Bookings are now open on school interviews website for Parent Support Group (PSG) meetings for students receiving substantial and extensive adjustments.
Parents and carers of students who require a PSG meeting have been sent an email with further information and details about how to book an appointment.
These meetings provide an important opportunity for families and the school to work together, review student progress and support needs, and plan appropriate adjustments for the year ahead.
We encourage families who have received an email to book a suitable meeting time.
Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD)
The Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) process has now reached an important milestone for 2026.
The NCCD allocation for 2027 has been completed, with student adjustments carefully assessed and students placed according to their individual learning and support needs. This process helps ensure that students receive appropriate adjustments to support their participation, learning and engagement at school.
We now enter the reflection and review phase, where the school will consider the processes undertaken throughout 2026. This reflection provides an opportunity for us to evaluate what worked well, identify areas for improvement, and consider how we can continue to strengthen our practices and support for students in 2027.
We thank our staff, students and families for their ongoing partnership and contribution throughout this process. Working together ensures that we continue to provide an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Allied Health Professionals in School
Thank you to the parents who have followed the requirements to have Allied Health Professionals in to school. If you have not emailed Sally Thomas regarding your intention to have Allied Health Professionals in school please do so as soon as possible.
Allied Health Professionals may continue to attend school to provide sessions. Professionals must be registered with SAMS for school visits, and new school approval forms will be issued to support Allied Health attendance.
Parents/carers are required to email the Learning Diversity Leader, Sally Thomas, to request Allied Health visits, outlining the days of the week and times required. Once this request has been received, the necessary documentation will be prepared and sent to parents for completion.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SENDING MEDICAL INFORMATION AND REPORTS
As a result of the Quality Assurance process and discussion. It is recommended that all medical documentation and reports that families are sending to staff be sent via email or in a hard copy. Please do not use the seesaw app to send medical information to school.
