PFA

Hello and Happy New Year from the PFA team! If you’re anything like me, you breathed a 

HUGE sigh of relief when the kids went back to school last week. 😊 My name is Sarah Higgins and I was last year’s PFA president. I’d like to welcome our new families to Oatlands and tell you a little about the PFA.

The PFA (Parent’s Fundraising Association) is the main fundraising body for Oatlands Primary School. You can be involved with the PFA as a committee member, event volunteer, or both. We hold a variety of fundraising events throughout the year – previous ones have included Stalls, the annual school Disco, Raffles, Free dress days, and the biennial Colour run / School fete. 

We will soon be forming the PFA for 2026 and will host a morning tea to provide information to interested parents, followed by our AGM, where we will form this year’s committee and elect our office holders. Watch out for more info coming out via Compass within the next week or two.
