Knox Division/Regional Netball Competition
Congratulations to all of our students who represented St Simon’s at the Division Netball Competition with outstanding teamwork, determination and sportsmanship. 🏐
Our Girls A Team finished in an impressive 5th place, while our Boys Mixed Team were crowned Division Champions and have qualified for the Regional Championships!
Regional Championships are on Monday 10th August at the Waverley Netball Centre.

Knox Division Soccer Competition
Well done to the St Simon's Girls Soccer team who competed in the Knox Division Soccer competition on Tuesday 28th July. The team showed fabulous skill, teamwork, determination and a never give up attitude.
We are so proud of the team, winning all of their games, being crowned Division Premiers and advancing to the Regional Championships! Congratulations.
Eastern Metropolitan Regional Soccer Championships are on Tuesday 18th August at the Pettys Reserve, Smiths Rd, Templestowe.

Knox Division AFL Competition
On Thursday 30 July, our boys' AFL team proudly represented St Simon's at the Division Round. Despite facing strong opposition from many larger schools, the team demonstrated outstanding determination, resilience and teamwork throughout the day. Battling wet, muddy conditions, the boys maintained a positive attitude, played with great sportsmanship and never gave up. Their persistence was rewarded with an excellent performance in their final match, securing an impressive 7th place overall.
Congratulations to all of the boys for the way they represented St Simon's with effort, fairness and pride. You should all be very proud of your achievements.

Friday 31st July, our Girls team and Boys team proudly represnted St Simon's at the Knox Division Teeball Competition.
Congratulations to our Girls and Boys teams who both finished in an impressive 3rd place.

District Summer Sports Day
Our Year 5/6 students will be participating in the Distrcit Summer Sports aays on Friday 14th August and Tuesday 1st September. Please look for the information and permission form that has been published via the Nforma Connect App.
Junior Hooptime 17th August
Our year 4 students are participating in the Junior Hooptime on Monday 17th August at Dandenong Basketball Stadium. Please look for the information and permission form that has been published via the Nforma Connect App.
St Simon Interschool Sport Key Dates 2026
Please note the following date for our SSV Wantirna District and Knox Division for the 2026 calendar year.
These dates are subject to change according to the discretion of the District and Division Coordinator. We wish to provide parents of our school the opportunity to acknowledge when upcoming sporting events are occurring.
We particularly call out to all future Year 5 and 6 parents to note the dates and to be potentially available to support our Interschool Sport teams as parent involvement not only supports our students in many ways as coaches and umpires but helps our staff with assistance with supervision. We thank all parents for their great help in making Interschool Sport a success for St Simon!
