Soccer

On Friday the 15th of May, some Year 5/6 boys went down to Gisborne to compete in District Soccer. The boys had lots of fun and tried their best, coming 6th overall. A big thanks to Brad Straughhair for coaching and Mr Smith for coming down with us.

On Friday 15th of May some girls in Grade 5-6 went down to Gisborne to play soccer at Dixon Field. Everyone had an amazing time showing great sportsmanship throughout the day.  We won our first game 10-0 against Willowbank Primary School. In our second game we tied 0-0 against Gisborne. Then we played Braemar and won 5-0. Then we played Riddell's Creek and won 5-0, making it into the grand final against St Bridgid's and happily winning 2-0.  Thank you to Naomi and Andew for coaching us through this amazing experience. We all had an amazing time and can't wait to do it again at Division.

Softball

On Wednesday the 21st of May, some Year 5/6 boys walked down to Tony Clarke to play our postponed Grand Final against Braemar. The boys had lots of fun and tried their best, unfortunately losing. A big thanks to Mr O for coaching and everyone for coming down with us and watching.
