College Fee Accounts

Annual College Fee Accounts were emailed in early February to all families.

College accounts are paid in full within one month of invoice date unless family elect to pay the Account by instalments (fortnightly or monthly). Accepted payment methods are cash, cheque, BPay, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or credit / debit card direct debit.

Please contact the Finance Office if you have not yet received your account or if you have any queries.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF)

If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for the CSEF of $250.00.

Please complete the CSEF Application form (attached with your school fee account) and attach a copy of your current Health Care Card and return to the College Office by the 21st June.

If you received the CSEF (at Mazenod College) in 2023, you do not need to complete a new application form in 2024 unless there has been a change in your family circumstances. Eligible families with students new to Mazenod College in 2024 need to complete a new application.

Students over sixteen years old that holds a concession card should contact the College Accounts Office for a special CSEF application form.
