Oh What a Night!  

Hello NPS Families 

I've never been known for being a great trivia buff, but I am confident to say that I can hold my own on the odd occasion. With that said, on Saturday Night at our Annual Major Fundraiser, the NPS Trivia Night - I was well and truly out of my league! 

Thank you to everyone who attended on Saturday. I hope that you had a great and fun-filled night. Congratulations to our Trivia Winners, who took out the top prize, for the second year running. It's been mentioned that those families have started a dynasty of sorts and are set to win for the next 5 years! 

Following what was a hugely successful night, I am VERY PROUD to say that we raised a whopping total, that is still being totalled as I write this! 

Those funds raised will be set to improve aspects of our school grounds with a focus on student engagement and connectedness. According to some students, that means a swimming pool ...although I am not yet sold on that! 

A final thank you to EVERYONE who assisted in planning and organising the evening with notable shoutouts to Michelle F, Michelle H, Emily S, Lucy B, and of course our admin team consisting of Ali and Amanda. Last but certainly not least a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Ash O who was our amazing Trivia Master for the evening ...Tony Barber would have been extremely proud! 

While thanking people, I would like to thank Mrs. Bedson for organising our Incursion this week with Sean Choolburra. The students, and staff, had a brilliant time and were highly engaged in what Sean had to share with us all! A great experience for our students to be part of! 

In the coming weeks, we will be organising a working bee and would love to see as many families onsite as possible chipping in. The date and time are TBC.
