Principal's message

We are only half way through Week 3 and already it feels like we've packed a whole terms worth of activities in!

We've had the Polwarth Cross Country, ANZAC Day service, our student leaders have attended the GRIP Leadership Conference in Geelong and on Friday we returned from a 3 day camp at Roses Gap. It's been a massive first 10 days of Term 2.

Tomorrow we have 7 students representing Alvie and the Polwarth Schools at the Colac and District Cross Country- we wish them all the best :)

This coming Sunday is arguarbly the most important 'special' day on our annual calendar. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the mums, nans, sisters and important people in our community a very happy Sunday, and I trust that your family will make it memorable for you. We really appreciate all you do for your kids and family, and even although your children might not always express their appreciation, we know they feel your love! This Friday we will celebrate early at Alvie PS with a breakfast from 9-9:30am

Enjoy the upcoming weekend and lets hope the weather brings more/some rain!
