Celebrating Achievements

Outstanding Achievement in the Online Simulated Maths Competition
Over the weekend of 22–23 November, one of our students proudly represented our school in the Online Simulated Maths Competition, demonstrating exceptional dedication and problem-solving skills.
We are delighted to congratulate Ged Canham on his impressive performance. He achieved Elitist status, placing in the top 80–95 percentile of competitors. This outstanding result highlights his strong mathematical reasoning, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.
As a result of his high achievement, Ged has been invited to participate in the final stage of the competition, an honour reserved for only the top-performing students.
We are extremely proud of Ged and wish him the very best as he prepares for the next round of the competition.
Well done!
Athletics
It was a silver medal at the Chemist Warehouse All Schools National Championships over the weekend for Harry Sly!
He had the 6th fastest time out of seven going into the race and ran a PB to secure second place!
What an amazing achievement! We are so incredibly proud and thrilled that all his hard work is paying off!
Cricket
We’re proud to congratulate Ryan Caldwell and Emma Moyle on their selection in the final squads for the Cricket Victoria Country Cup Carnival, representing Northern Rivers.
After a winter of training sessions and practice matches, Ryan (U16 Boys) and Emma (U15 Girls) have both earned their place among the top country cricketers in their age groups - a fantastic achievement and a testament to their dedication, discipline and love of the game.
Ryan began competition last weekend against the Mallee Suns, ahead of the U16 Boys Country Cup Carnival in Hamilton (14–18 December), while Emma will compete in the U15 Girls Carnival in Albury.
The Country Cup is a key talent pathway event run by Cricket Victoria, providing elite country players with the opportunity to showcase their skills and progress toward future representative honours.
Congratulations, Ryan and Emma - we wish you all the best as you take the field and represent your region and our College with pride.
