The Fresh Food Fair is a fantastic opportunity for local businesses like yours to setup, promote and sell your service to help with the continuation of the Surfside Primary School Kitchen and Garden Program and contribute to important projects within our school.

Supporting our Fresh Food Fair will help our students build vital skills in their schooling journey.

Stall Holder – $50

You will have a space allocated specifically for your business
Sites are 3m x 3m, ground cover could be either bitumen or grass
Location is dependent on the weather
BYO entire stall set up; your table, tent (with weights), chair etc
Power and water supply maybe possible upon request
No cars are permitted on school grounds
Set up time 2:20pm once students have returned to class after their lunch break
Event time 3:15-7:30pm
Pack up time 7:30pm
Car parking on John Dory Dr or at the Church (Church gates close at 8pm)
Each business has the option of supplying an item/goods for our Silent Auction on the evening.
The School is approx 1km from the nearest ATM, please ensure you get to the bank and have enough change in your float.
Enough products! Business cards, flyers, notepaper, pens, display/s, float, money tin, bags, accessories, a drink, snacks, phone... etc!
No items are to be displayed on the floor at the front of your stall space.
Fire & Evacuation Plan and the Fresh Food Site Plan will be emailed week of fair.
