The following meets are targeted meets on the Club Calendar


**Although there are specific squads listed who should enter each meet, any swimmer from any squad are free to enter if they wish. There will always be coaches at these targeted meets to support swimmers from any squad, so feel free to enter and get in on the racing action!

Dryland: 8:15
Pool Warm up: from 8:30am 6 Lanes in the Indoor Middle 25m Pool
additionally, 9-9:20 - dive practice and warm up in Indoor Southern End 25m Pool

Arrival: 12:15pm
Dryland: 12:30pm
Pool Warm up: 12:45 dive practice and warm up in Indoor Southern End 25m Pool

Other information:
Uniform - please ensure swimmers are wearing their RSC Polo/hoodie and bottoms (if you don't have RSC bottoms please wear something black). If you don't have a RSC hoodie please wear your polo over a black hoodie/jumper.
Freeway Closure - reminder that the Eastern Freeway is closed this weekend. Please allow for additional travel time.
Wishing you all a successful meet. You have been working hard during training this term and we hope you achieve your goals.
We are looking forward to our first PB on Sunday. The meet program, session report and check in report have been attached for you.
Coaches Matt and Lucy will be on pool deck to assist swimmers, along with some of the RSC Leadership Team and our senior swimmers.
All swimmers should arrive in their RSC club uniform (club cap, club polo, club or black shorts/pants, club hoodie (if you don't have a hoodie, a black hoodie is ok with the polo on top)
Please note the following times:
Arrival time @ Aquahub: 2.00pm
Dryland warm up: 2:15pm
Pool warm up: 2:30pm
Aggregate start time: 3:00pm
Finish time: approx 4:30pm
Parents- we will need some assistance with timekeeping on the day. Please do not drop your swimmer and leave. Timekeeping is the best seat in the house and is very easy to do. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
We will bring some uniform stock for anyone that may need to purchase a top or hoodie (new stock arrived yesterday).
Entries now open on Swim Central. Please speak to your coach about what events to enter.




We are excited to announce that our end-of-term team building activity will be Paintball on Sunday 28th June!
This is a fantastic opportunity to have some fun with your teammates and coaches away from the pool, build team connections, and celebrate a great term of training together. It will also be a wonderful chance to send Coach Hannah off in style before she begins her exciting Navy adventure.

Equipment & Safety The paintball venue provides all required safety equipment, including helmets, overalls, and protective gear for all participants. A comprehensive safety briefing will be conducted before games commence.
