Next week we celebrate All Saints’ Day (1 November) and All Souls’ Day (2 November), we remember the holy people who inspire us to live as Jesus taught and lovingly remember those who have died. These special days remind us that God’s love connects us all, and that through Jesus, we have the hope of eternal life.

Loving God,

We thank You for the saints who have shown us how to live with faith, kindness and love. May their example inspire us to shine Your light through our words and actions each day.

We remember with love those who have died, especially our family members and friends who hold a special place in our hearts.

May they rest peacefully in Your loving arms, surrounded by Your eternal light.

Comfort those who are grieving and remind us that Your love never ends.

A Moment of Family Reflection

As a family, take a quiet moment to remember someone special who has died. Share a favourite memory of that person and thank God for the love they brought into your lives.

You may like to light a candle together as a symbol of Jesus, the Light of the World, and offer a special prayer for them.

AMEN

October Mission Month – Crazy Sock Day!

On Thursday 29 October, we invite all students to wear a pair of odd or crazy socks and bring a gold coin donation to support children living in Malawi.

Throughout October Mission Month, our students have been learning about the lives and needs of people in Malawi and reflecting on how we are called, as followers of Jesus, to show compassion, generosity and love.

This special day is an opportunity for our school community to put our faith into action and make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Thank you for your generosity and support!

We are excited to celebrate the Feast Day of our patron saint, St Carlo Borromeo, on Wednesday 4 November!

We warmly invite all parents, carers and families to join us for our special whole-school Mass as we come together in faith, prayer and thanksgiving.

This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate St Carlo’s life and legacy and reflect on how we continue to follow his example of faith, kindness and service in our school community.

We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you!

We warmly invite all parents, carers and families to join us in praying the Rosary before school.

Bring your child along and share a special moment of prayer together as we honour Mary, our Blessed Mother, and reflect on the life of Jesus.

Everyone is welcome! We look forward to coming together as a community in faith and prayer

Remembrance Day

On Wednesday 11 November at 10:50 am, our school community will come together for a special Remembrance Day ceremony.

We invite parents and families to join us as we pause to remember and honour those who have served and sacrificed their lives for our peace and freedom.

Through prayer and reflection, we will also remember those affected by war and conflict around the world and pray for a future filled with peace, hope and love.

As followers of Jesus, we are reminded that we are all called to be peacemakers through our words and actions.

Lest We Forget.
