👕 School Uniform Donations Needed

As the seasons change and students grow, we know many families may have outgrown school uniforms tucked away at home. 

If you have any clean, gently used uniforms that are no longer needed, we’d greatly appreciate your donations.

Donations can be dropped off at the front office during school hours.

🌞Term 4 SunSmart Reminder. Stay Safe in the Sun!

As we head into Term 4 and enjoy the warmer weather, it’s important that we follow our SunSmart practices. At school, we promote sun safety as part of our commitment to student wellbeing.

 We ask all families to support this by ensuring students come to school prepared for outdoor learning and play.

Here are a few key reminders:

• Hats - for all outdoor activities.  A wide-brimmed or bucket hat that helps protect the face, neck & ears is the prefer style 
• Appropriate clothing – dress for appropriate weather to eliminate body overheating
• Sunscreen - is available at school, and students are encouraged to apply it regularly. 

• Drink Water - keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. 

   

Thank you for your continued support in keeping our school SunSmart this term and we look forward to finally enjoying some warmer weather. 

🧢🎒 REMINDER - Student Belongings 

As we move through Term 4, we’d like to gently remind families to label all student belongings brought from home — including hats, jumpers, lunchboxes, drink bottles, and other personal items.

Having names clearly marked helps us return items quickly if they’re ever misplaced. 

It’s a simple way to keep things organised and ensure your child’s belongings make their way back home.

📣 Reminder: Notify the Office of Any Changes to Student Arrangements

If there are any changes to your child’s regular travel, pick-up, or after-school plans, please notify us the day before for any morning changes, or by 2:00pm on the same day for any afternoon changes.

This is especially important for updates to afternoon bus travel, so we can ensure all students are safely accounted for and their end-of-day arrangements are accurate.

We appreciate your support in helping us ensure a safe and well-organised end to each school day.

📝Signing In and Out – A Friendly Reminder for Families

To help us maintain accurate attendance records, we kindly ask that all students arriving late or leaving early are signed in or out at the front office.

Alternatively, families can record these changes via compass ahead of time if students have appointments to attend. 

Please note: If a student is not signed in by 11:00am, families will receive a text reminder to advise us of their attendance status.
