Little Angler Fishing Kits (Year Five):

Today our Year Five students received a 'Little Angler Fishing Kit' courtesy of the Victorian Fishing Authority via an initiative of the Victorian government.

These kits, containing a fishing rod, line and tackle box, are provided to each Year Five student across the state to encourage active outdoor physical activity, mindfulness and conservation habits in young children. recreational fishing serves as an early life intervention that profoundly influences their future lifestyle choices. We look forward to hearing of some 'classic catches' in the near future.
